We updated its brand, providing its 45 hotels with a homogeneous image, unifying its offer and its communication.
The Hoteles Silken Group, which has undergone a rapid growth in just a few years, decided to reorganise its business to be able to operate as a large luxurious, designer hotel chain. The new business model needed a new brand model that would take on the identity of the entire group and transmit its values.
Our work consisted in updating the brand, giving all its hotels a homogeneous identity and unifying its offer and communication. Excellent design, comfort and optimum service are the values that inspired the redesign of the umbrella brand, as well as the design of the brand architecture and the corporate visual identity system introduced in its hotels.
The new strategy and management of its identity have given the business excellent results.
